Continuous Support – From Planting to Harvest
ANIBA accompanies the farmers all the way to harvest. Each tree is digitally registered and fully traceable. After five to seven years, the trees are cut back to the stump, which produces new shoots. If regrowth does not occur, replanting follows. This creates a living, sustainable cycle. By 2024, 151 farming families had chosen this path.
Organic practices
Working in harmony with nature strengthens the farmers’ awareness as guardians of the soil. They actively protect their environment – and take pride in their contribution to a sustainable future.
Acquiring new skills
Targeted training fosters knowledge, confidence, and independence – the foundation for long-term growth.
Partnership and trust
Within the “Rosewood Family,” farmers experience support, appreciation, and belonging – a stable foundation for development.
Step-by-step transformation
The path to independence takes place in stages – individually guided, transparent, and realistic. With every tree, a new reality grows – carried by dignity, perspective, and sustainable change.
With every tree, a new reality takes root – nurtured by dignity, vision, and lasting transformation.
Shared responsibility
Without agrochemicals – but with full awareness: farmers take responsibility for purity, quality, and the future.
