Delivery is made domestically (Austria) and to the following countries: Austria, Luxembourg, Belgium, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Spain, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

For orders with a total value of €70.00 or more, we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods takes place within 3–5 working days for domestic deliveries (Austria) and within 5–7 working days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
